My Story

As a member of a family where everyone holds the profile of an engineer, I was also expected to study engineering and carry on the family tradition. But I was more inclined towards law, justice and governing system. I became an advocate as a result of my desire to serve the society. I am now a member of Bar Council of India, New Delhi.

I belong to a small town named Aurangabad (Bihar), India where I witnessed the suppression of minorities and women rights grossly which became the driving force for my decision to become an Advocate. I actively work for the rights of women, minorities and also dealing with the litigation pertaining to the blacklisted NRI’s and OCI holders before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and the Hon’ble High Court, New Delhi. Also, I deal with the Indian passport services, OCI, Indian Citizenship appeals.

I am an expert in The Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, The Hon’ble High Court, New Delhi court hearings and in dealing with the matters related to Foreigner Regional Registration office (FRRO) such as extension of Indian visas of foreign nationals, regulation of their movement, stay and departure in India. It is apposite to mention here that the Foreigner Registration Office is the primary body to regulate the registration, movement, stay, departure, and also for application process for the extension of stay of foreigners in India. I have also been actively working with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Home Affairs/ Foreign Division, the Indian High Commission, and the Indian Passport Office.

story doesnt end here ...

I have attended universities in Patiala, Punjab and Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India with degrees in Bachelor of Arts - Bachelor of Legislative Law and Masters of Law I have graduated from Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab with specialization in Criminal Law in the year 2019 and pursued my post graduation from Rabindra Nath Tagore University, Bhopal in Criminal and Security Laws in the year 2020.

My sole focus of practice is in Civil and Criminal matters and also the matters pertaining to the blacklisted NRI’s, OCI holders and Indian Immigration matters. Not only this, I have been working for the educational rights of children through various platforms and NGO’s. Being a public speaker, I have also appeared on news channels as a panelist presenting my view points with respect to the plights of the minorities. I have been presenting papers through various platforms and books with a hope to bring a positive change in the legal administration.

It has always been my aspiration to be a voice of the suppressed voices and to fight for their rights and plights. Hence, I opted to be a part of the legal profession. I believe that everyone has a right to equality and dignity. Thus the transparent implementation of the law can clearly serve justice for everyone. I strongly believe in professional ethics, honesty and transparency. This profession gives me the priviledge to meet a lot of new people, to listen to their grief, and to become their voice. It gives me satisfaction and makes me feel proud to serve as an Advocate.
